Mapping R/3 BP fields to CRM

Can anyone tell me how to find the corresponding field in R/3 for a field in BP master of CRM ? For example, BUT000-NAME_ORG1 is updated from the value of KNA1-NAME1 in R/3

you should check the middleware of CRM. The synchronization of R/3->CRM is defined there.
